Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MiniMinds, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To ensure fairness, quality assurance, and a smooth shopping experience for all our premium products, we follow a strict but fair 5-day return policy. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

✅ Eligibility for Return / Refund A return or refund will be approved ONLY IF:

  • The return request is raised within 5 days of the product delivery.

  • A clear, unedited Unboxing Video is shared showing:

    • The outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.

    • The inner packaging.

    • The product and the defect/issue clearly visible.

    • The video must be recorded continuously while opening the parcel for the first time.

📌 Refund / Resend Will Be Issued ONLY In These Cases:

1️⃣ Wrong Product / Size / Style Received

  • Video proof is mandatory.

  • You may choose: A Free replacement (delivery in 5–9 business days), OR a Full refund to the original payment method.

2️⃣ Damaged / Defective Product Received

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.

  • You may choose: A Free replacement (delivery in 5–9 business days), OR a Full refund to the original payment method.

3️⃣ Order Lost in Transit

  • If the package is confirmed lost by our courier partner.

  • You may choose: A Free replacement, OR a Full refund.

⏳ Delayed Orders If your delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days due to reasons beyond our control (postal delays, extreme weather, logistics issues, etc.):

  • A compensation store credit will be issued as a coupon code for your next purchase.

  • Cash refunds will NOT be provided for courier delays.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases We do NOT accept returns or process refunds if:

  • The request is made after 5 days of delivery.

  • No unboxing video proof is provided.

  • The video is edited, cut, or unclear.

  • The customer ordered the wrong product, color, or size themselves.

  • There is a minor color difference due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

  • The product is returned to us (RTO) due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

    • Consignee not being available after multiple delivery attempts.

    • Refusal to accept the delivery at the doorstep. (📦 In such RTO cases, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer if they want the parcel delivered again).

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours of placing the order (during our order review stage).

  • After Dispatch: Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
